NOTA:BENE System is an innovative worksheet and filing system for getting one’s administrative affairs in order. Detailed descriptions of our products are available on this website, and all products are sold subject to availability.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing: All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect orders already placed.
4.2 Payment Methods: We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Applepay via the Squarepay system integrated within this website. Payments must be made at the time of order, and orders will not be processed until payment is received.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery Methods: We deliver products within the UK using standard delivery services. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
5.2 Delivery Costs: Delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the checkout process. Free delivery may be offered for orders over a specified amount.
5.3 International Shipping: At this time, we do not ship outside of the UK.
6. Cancellations and Returns
6.1 Right to Cancel: Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods, subject to the packaging around the pack of files and worksheets being unopened.
6.2 Returns: If you wish to return an item, please contact us at help@notabenesystem.co.uk within 14 days of receipt. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. The pack of files and worksheets must not be opened and all components comprising a full system must be included with the return.
6.3 Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
7. Liability
Liability: Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase made through the website shall not exceed the price of the products purchased. We shall not be responsible for any indirect, consequential, or loss of profit arising from the use of our products.
